Not sure whether it's worth the effort (RAM + HDD space) to use this method (https://www.bnsbuddy.com/threads/updating-one-click-tool-database.164/) to perform a full dump of the TW Server Costume Database?

If you don't update the database, you won't see new outfits and accessories.

If it is or isn't worth it, it's up to you.

As cupid stated you have to manually update the database or ask someone that already has recently.
