You will need to use bnspatch for updated regions.
1. Add CustomSliders.xml to %userprofile%\Documents\BnS\patches\ folder.
2. Create a folder named "xml" inside your client bin folder.
3. On BnS Slider Editor select V3 on the region open xml.dat or xml64.dat(you need to do it only on the first run).
4. Export your edited characterdefvaluedata.xml to the xml folder.
Done.

your BnS have a plugin file "bnspatch.dll"?
The file "winmm.dll" is in your root bin64?

yes dont work dont know why ,
very bad
have often tried everything again never works where the error is
does anyone have a more detailed explanation than steps 1-4?

other xml mods also run with no problems
but xml slider 1-4 steps not work dont know why

Yes, both of these files are in the right place.
bnspatch.dll is inside the plugins folder and winmm.dll is in the bin64 folder, but it still doesnt work

Your pluging folder is in bin64 too, right?
If you play with the client 64, you must put all in this folder, xml folder include.

What you changed exactly with the xml editor? Are you sure values are working?
In the slider editor, did you choose the right file V3? Did you saved after every change on races alone?

In all case I explain all steps :
1. Copy CustomSliders.xml to %userprofile%\Documents\BnS\patches\CustomSliders.xml
2. Copy patches.xml to %userprofile%\Documents\BnS\patches.xml
3. Make a folder %userprofile%\Documents\BnS\addons
4. Make a folder C:\%\BNS\bin64\xml
5. Copy bnspatch.dll to C:\%\BNS\bin64\plugins\bnspatch.dll
6. Copy winmm.dll to C:\%\BNS\bin64\winmm.dll
7. Open the slider editor as administrator (make a shortcut or on the exiting: right click -> proprieties -> compatibility -> check execute as administrator)
8. At the top left corner, click file and choose the C:\%\BNS\contents\Local\NCWEST\data\xml64.dat
9. At the bottom right corner, click under region and choose V3
10. At the top left corner choose the race, make modification. Always have the value Min, less than the value Max. When done with the race, click on save, and change of race. Save everytime you change of race.
11. When done with all modifications, click on save & export, put the file characterdefvaluedata.xml to C:\%\BNS\bin64\xml\characterdefvaluedata.xml
12. open the game and enjoy.

I attach my xml for see if your folder shape work :

Hello,
I'm getting a weird problem. I followed steps 1-7 of the above post, selected V3, clicked file and tried to open C:\%\BNS\contents\Local\NCWEST\data\xml64.dat but it said to select another region. Same thing happens when I select the other options.
Any help would be appreciated. =)

If it not worked that's because you not opened the software with administration rights.

You must open it as administrator.

Thanks for your replay and yes i did all of this, but it still did not work for me for some reason
i did not have the patches folder in my document so i created it and placed the patches inside it and i'm pretty sure i placed the bnspatch plugins correctly in the game folder

Lol I'm an idiot, I just looked through the patches.xml file from the bnspatch Github, turns out the 'No-use-breast-physics' is enabled, no wonder why breast physics don't work xD
