Hellow, here, thanks for the reply but I'm confused.

Do I have to download the locals? and if so, where to download them?

The .dat files can be downloaded from http://live.patcher.bladeandsoul.com/BnS/<patch number>/Patch/Zip/<path to file.ext>.zip.

The patch number must be 121 or above (currently should be around 145).
The <path to file.ext> is the name and path to the dat file, inside the NCSOFT or Service folder.

Anytime you need the updated files, just change the patch number (the 147 in the links).

You will have to do what I do: guess the number.

Now my biggest question is... in BnsDatTool

There is a Data file - Bin file - translate

Do I need to repack anything and what is bin file?
or I should skip the data file and bin file tab and go straight to translate?

I don't know where to start in the first place because there is no step by step about it, plssss senpai.

Cufid, I tried every number from 121 to 147. All is damage and not working

Use 7zip/winrar.

And extracted without issues:




Either you are doing something wrong or your 7zip/winrar are broken or too old.
