Getting this error whenever I replace the local.dat at x:\BNS_KR\contents\local\NCSoft\korean\data
Any idea how to fix this?

you need to use a custom launcher nclauncher will replace modified files.

It's not clear to me how to pack the .bin file into a .dat file. When I try to pack the .bin folder it yields a .bin file again. Could you do it step-by-step, please?
