That folder is created when you install the game. If it doesn't exist, the game isn't installed. If you can't find it, check where the game is installed. The launcher will tell you where it is, in the settings.

It is really simple. You also may want to install the plugin 0-paksigbypasser. This will solve almost all error 1002 and 1003 you may get, in the future, and is a requirement for modding.

An alternative is to try the 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 IPs as your DNS server, on Windows. But, maybe the app is a better idea, for 1.1.1.1.

Try rebooting your router. If it doesn't work, try using a VPN. Also, make sure your antivirus isn't messing with the download. In the worst case scenario, try reinstalling the launcher.

At what point does it happen? And can you translate it? If you can't, can you copy-paste the text here? (CTRL-C should work just fine)

In extras, enable the plugin loader, then install the bnsnogg plugin.

That's not a script. That's an XML file. You will have to re-write EVERYTHING to make it work without bnspatch. This has syntax errors. You have plenty of lines starting with a loose > which shouldn't be there. If you have issues with it, this may be why.
