Follow the steps in the link. If nothing works, you're fucked. That's the most generic error message you can find. Literally ANYTHING can cause it, including a fart or just looking at it the wrong way. In your case, I would uninstall the mod and try like that.

Mods? It should work fine, if you ignore the errors. Addons? Maybe some older version of bnspatch.
