I've never played that version, but knowing how NCSoft is, I expect they re-used code. On the live version, there's an option to use the cloud version or the desktop version. If this exists in the Neo version, set it to use the desktop version. Then, close the game, do your changes and start...

We do not support private servers. BnSBuddy won't work with the private server, unless a specific build is made for it. The dat files could have different encryption passwords, which we may not have, and the tool won't open them. Try changing the settings and see if you find one that works.
