You need to make sure the antivirus isn't blocking the installation of the sigbypasser. Also, make sure that you install bnsnogg as well. Alternatively, make sure you uninstall all mods. Make sure that the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BnS_UE4\BNSR\Content\Paks\Mods is empty.

The same way you install any other mod. Throw the extracted folder in the "Mods" folder, in the same folder as the BnSBuddy.exe file. Then run BnSBuddy. go to "Mods" and install it from there.
