Chime mod file on mediafire after hours of trying to download, the mediafire server still shows "
Upload still in progress…". The other file (loose cannon) is good on mediafire. I wonder if some problem happened during uploading (Chime) as it wouldn't take this long?

You need the costume first, adding the mod doesn't magically provide you with the costume.
