Game path has not been changed. I also got the same error. I tested three different winmm.dll(BnS buddy one, Jun/20 one, Aug/11 one), but the addon function didn't work. Do I need to wait the updated winmm.dll or bnspatch.dll?

The answer there doesn't use any key for anything.

And no, it doesn't touch the .dat files at all.
