It does it for you. You choose the region in which the server is located. And it picks the best route for you to that region then to server.

Actually it does not. Every time I connect, servers are different and so is the ping. 1-5ms is not much, but still.

Besides more customization is always welcome

Well tried it out to play KR PVP again. turns out it didn't work for me. could only grt up to 60 ms, not bad if I wanted to pve but, no.

Least I won that match with the BM on my lbm.

If it is possible? Yes.
If it is worth doing it? Not at all, it's almost completely useless.
