Solved Cannot start 32bit client from BnS Buddy

Hello, for some reason i cannot start the 32bit client of BNS
I have made an exception for it in BitDefender and Firewall( just in case)
I have also restared my PC several times
This is the log from bnsbuddy:

After pressing play buddy minimizes as usual but 1 second later it pops back up with the game closed message

Please check the event viewer, to see if there's any errors there.

Also, make sure the memory cleaner is NOT set to less than 15 minutes.

Make sure you have all the C++ libraries for 32 and 64 bits.

And make sure the memory cleaner is set to 15 minutes or higher.

Installed them with the installer from the common errorsand the memory cleaner is set to 20 mins.
I also tried to run it on 32bit from the NCLauncher and the game does not start at all
I have opened a support ticket with NCSoft so if you dont have any other suggestion i think we can close this threat

He has permission issues, it's probably windows's antivirus.
I had to whitelist the game folder and NCSOFT folder within documents to bypass that issue for a few.

Whitelisting the entire NCSoft folder actually helped xD, just whitelisting the client.exe files did not for some reasons
ANyways thanks for the help :)
