I tried to use buddy on the latest UE4 version of TW server. When I choose the addons that I wanna use and clicked "patch selected", it just show this.

v5 wont support ue4 addons/mods/spash

I've tried launching the TW version using bnsbuddy but it is not translated yet.
Do i need to use bnddattool to change the language as well?

If so, appreciate if someone can point me to the link with the latest US local64.dat?

yea translations are done by modding the community. Good luck finding one!
