BnS Buddy crashing programs!

Hello!

I've got a quick question about Bns Buddy, which is nowhere to be found; nor is it in FaQ

What is Bns Buddy's port, I am trying to use it in internet cafe and each time I try opening bns buddy, it crashes the internet cafe's main program...Which sucks, because they could ban me from there because of that. If internet cafe's program closes down at any time, you are not using time you've pay for and u can get banned. I tried talking to admin of that internet cafe and he said he need to know port of the program and he might fix it. Which would be great, since many of us would like to use bns buddy in that internet cafe!

So anyone here knows it's port?

BnSBuddy uses the default port (443) to communicate with the servers (bnsbuddy.com and whatever you selected your region to be).

However, it is possible that BnSBuddy tried to communicate using a port higher than 1024 (because of OS reasons).

You should check if they have .net framework 4.7.2 properly installed.
Maybe they have 4.0 and you try to run it on 4.0, dragging the whole service down.

Port 443 is working properly, I also installed .net framework 4.7.2 and after successful installation, it still crashed the program.

Can you give an information at all, besides the program crashing?

If you can't, the only way is to contact them.
They offer "Email Support" (https://www.smartlaunch.com/pricing/), according to their website.

The owner of the place will have to contact them and do what they say.

Sure I could, we don't have access to open screen. So, here's how our 'main screen' would look like: http://prntscr.com/juj7py

To enter computer, you'd need to open Personal Files from main screen, it looks like: http://prntscr.com/juj81r

Thing is, you don't have access to open C:\, also administrator of that place can open that, unlock machines, update games etc...

Problem is: (Actually gets interesting), if I extract Bns buddy updater to U:\ (which is personal files), and try to open the program from there it will only crash.
Example: http://prntscr.com/juj8z4

But if I extract Bns buddy updater to D:\ it will open up a program, ask for it to be installed (will show no version). If I do press on it, it will install the program, and a moment it does, message pops up saying "Do you want automatic updates" "Yes" "No"
No matter which I press, it will kill the main program, open up Bns buddy and leave it like that. Bns buddy will be installed but smartlaunch program will be killed, which will notify employee, and I will need to restart the PC.

Is there any way this can be fixed?

Okay, was the game already opened at that time? (BnS)

okay open settings.ini of bns buddy, turn off auto game killer (set to false) save the file and restart buddy and see if it works.
