UPK files contain multiple skills. Archer should be in 00064738
Just a reminder that those may not be the only files as I never looked inside. Also stuff may break (restoring archer file breaks tab cuz it's missing a texture)

Do you happen to know the upks for WL (Shadow)? This is nice to be able to play with players on but as a WL player it's super boring to play w/o WL effects :/

Great, I hope you can delete the prop effects in the future.
Try playing around with 00060556, 00023411, 00023412. Dunno which is shadow exactly and I'm pretty sure one is texture related. Again a reminder that this can break your stuff
First one is a no go unless someone wants to go through all upks, identify exactly what those affect and then modify them for me to make sure it doesn't break anything + make variants for each possible user scenario (i.e if one upk affects 3 classes you'd need 8 upks to cover each scenario, 2 classes mean 4 upks etc.) which means you guys will have to download a ton of upk files alongside the tool.
Second one you'd have to explain it better cuz I'm not sure we are on the same page lol but I don't feel like ui needs a lot of changes. Yes it is chaotic and ik how to make it better, I may change it at some point.
As far as I recall there are already mods that remove talisman and you can apply them through buddy.

Can someone vouch that this is safe to use and doesn't contain any malicious code that could harm my or other peoples pc. Someone that has seen the source code other than a developer. a moderator or a admin.

1. App removes files related to effects not animations themselves. (tho I assume you didn't mean animations by "animation effect" lol)
2. Folder you move them to can't be in any location from which game loads upk files cuz it'll just check your backup directory and load them anyway. (so if you make "backup" folder in cookedpc it will still go into backup folder and load the files while loading the game)
3. If you are using any mods in bnsbuddy it may reintroduce some effects as those files are stored in a different location and are not affected by my app. So for example if you use a mod that modifies effects file to remove one skill and then you use my app to remove all skills game will still load that modified file with one skill removed.

I already answered that. It's a no go for me. Making it work properly would require custom UPK files bundled with the app (and that also implies someone has to go through all the files and create them which takes time). I simply have a list of UPKs containing effects and rough estimate of what file holds what class, that's why whenever someone asks me for files for their class I make sure to mention that it may break their game ex. bringing back archer effects will cause some of the skills to display missing texture cuz textures are probably in one of the other files that I remove (and in turn fixing that will bring back effects for a different class etc... you see where this is going). Some files hold multiple classes, some files hold environmental/boss effects along with classes. That's why the app causes some effects to show missing texture (CC mobs attacks, refuge pvp village spawn effect etc.)
00010504, 00060553 can't guarantee that adding/removing those will help fully or break the game.
