Anyone know the UPK file for the Tips on the loading screen?

I'm trying to remove the Tips given while loading.

if its not much to ask, can you please tell me what actually gets modified? or which file i can modify myself to get same result?

view the patch file in a text file. you'll know what file and what line is replaced.
