You can't play on a unsupported region.
You can only add mods/addons/splashes.

Show me how to use BNS Buddy on my BNS server. I need addons/splashes

Bns Buddy works the same way as it should with other regions.
Unless the localisation works differently, forget it.

Addons/Splashes/Mods should all work as it should.
