Option to always remember IP address

Hi

Can you add an ini file option to always enable "Remember this IP Address"?
It is always disabled now.

I have a variable IP connection, and B&S likes to crash.
This would also be in line with the official launcher saving IP address by default.

BnS Buddy already has the remember ip. The same way as NcLauncher.
