Addon How can I create my own addons?

I would like tips to edit and make addons, how can I know what number corresponds to a certain skill? Example: "103040" = Startrike.

Menu > Addons > Addon Creator.

Or copy an addon and open with Notepad(++).

There is a tutorial in this forum, please search for it.
To find the ID for the correspond skills, you need a character profile link address for your server. The attached link is for TW only. Used your browser and Inspect the element of the skill.
