Once you converted them, you place them in your addons folder for bnsbuddy. Unless they are there already.
then use them in addons as you always do. It's that easy.

Because they don't allow file editing, unless they turned off the file scan.

That link has nothing to do with the actual game itself.
That's only 3rd party open source resources they used to make the game.

What you would need to be able to use addons is
- Plugin loader
- SigBypass plugin
- the addon itself
- Alternate launcher (to skip file checks) like bnsbuddy.

Start game with garena while buddy is open.
1- capture game
2- apply modifications you want
3- start game.
