Help! First Time Using launcher

So I installed unzipped using 7zip, I opened bnsbuddy up, i updated the launcher, following the video tutoirial but whenever I run bnsbuddy it shows i am online but there is no launcher tab unlike the one in the video, and it seems i cant do anything with the program

You see the arrows on the top right? Click the left arrow to see the launcher tab
