Solved Having Trouble While Playing The Game

Good morning friends, I recently installed this game 'Blade & Soul' on Windows 10 computer. But after a few minutes of the gameplay, I received this error message "Event ID 1000 Error." I tried to solve out the issue, but not getting any useful solution, so I shared it here. Does anyone have any idea about how can I able to fix it? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestion. But after searching online, I came across this useful guide. I followed these commands

sfc/scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

After that I updated Windows. Then I played the game for almost 1 hour and I did not encounter such kind of error. Anyway thank you

Can you send the Exception code you were getting with your event id 1000?
