Open Fail to extract bin files

Dat files can be successfully extracted, but datafile.bin cannot be unpacked.

Unpacking localfile.bin in local.dat fails too.

Both "File unpack" and "unpack via memory" show same error message as attached.

Tried both 32 and 64 bits on TW and KR server.

That error is fixed on upcoming update.
Altho, you can't unpack the bin files for xml.dat/xml64.dat because they're too big.
