Request Addon Disable weather effects

Hey guys,

I dont know if there's already a way, if there is i'd like to know.
But if there isnt.. man i'd love to turn weather off.. the rain keeps messing up my fps :x

Quite honestly, I would love this as well.
There's a ton of snowy places where my poor APU wishes it didn't exist.

I would guess it is all in an upk that's used for a lot of other things.

One thing you can try is to enable "High Quality Motion Blur" and to reduce the environment/background effect quality.

weather files for each map,just like the lighting ive showed u couple of times its in the umap ppvs and other bullshit,good luck.(not)

so you'd have to do it map by map? ouch..

can prob find a global weather file somewhere or remove particles/textures,but i iant gona look for it.
