Solved Bug Reporting - 5.9.6.3

5.9.6.2 & 5.9.6.3 keep changing the default location to 'Korean'.

I renamed, removed the settings.ini file, but both didn't work. It keep changing the default location from C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BNS_KR to Korean whenever I launch the buddy.

default = C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BNS_KR
default = Korean

You aren't able to get an info/error log from event viewer?
