BNS Buddy stuck on loading

I had this problem for awhile now, when I try to open BNS Buddy it just loads forever. I have the MetroFramework file and tried reinstalling it multiple times. Any ideas how to fix it?

Have you tried running as admin?

Yes, I always run it in admin. It just one day stopped working.
