Texture All Races - Soulburn to Hongmoon Starter

I've tried to uninstall this mod and all characters still have Hongmoon starter. Is there some more thorough way to uninstall mods besides BNS Buddy or am I doing something wrong? I also tried repairing the game files through the original client and that does not work either.

u need to repair files in original launcher i guess.
