Then seem like Lmb cant be moved to Rmb in Normal mode The logic in this is Lmb should have higher priority than Rmb ( same as F ) so Lmb will appear when it off cd but as you said Lmb wont disappeared even it in cd like X then we need to try making Rmb have higher priority so Rmb can be on top...

DId you try to make RMB have higher priority than LMB ? if you already did then yeah, LMB cant move to RMB
