Well i just updated the game , and launched bnsbuddy and now i am banned , the message say is because i somehow obtained an item unfairly , wich is quiet hard since i left the game years ago , returned , created a new character , and was tweaking the graphical settings , i didn't even finish the starter zone quest

No idea how that would happen unless they removed an obtainable item but didn't remove them from the quest line?
Makes no sense at all.

And you're the first one to get banned as far as I know for *that* reason.

And dw about bns buddy, it's not the cause of your ban.

Try to appeal the ban.

If it doesn't work, contact the Better Business Bureau, as soon as possible.

You're not banned: That's a bad mod.
Probably an older UI mod, but I can't say for sure.

Please uninstall all mods you may have.
