The difference is you should do it in
"skill3_contextscriptdata_summoner.xml"
not
"skill3_contextscriptdata_summoner_contextsimplemode.xml"

Also, I would recommend removing the skill you have on 3, if you use normal mode.

Not to curb your enthusiasm or anything but I think Doom n Bloom is actually one of the skills that cover everything below it because it doesn't go away when it's on cooldown.
Call me out if I'm wrong as I don't play summoner but it looks like it'll be an issue.
Not only that, but, in normal mode, most skills do this.
Simple mode is a lot easier to bend to your liking.
I still have to find out how to change a skill when it is in cooldown.
