Request Texture Removal of Dark Path Turtleneck/Scarf on JinM

since I lack the knowledge to do this myself, i hereby kindly ask someone to please do this for me >///<
i want the scarf and the turtleneck on JinM deleted/transparent, since it really bugs me to keep looking at it.
