Solved No Particle Effects in F3

Hello ,

while back i used BnSBuddy and tried different effect disabling things for Fps improvement.

Now when i reinstalled Bns i noticed all my effects are gone in f3 even with bns buddy deleted and all mods uninstalled.

Is there any file i have to edit and enable it in the BnS Folder?

I also put a screenshot in attached files so you can see what i mean.

Yeah, it's an issue that exists since before release of UE4, but NCSoft didn't bother to fix it.

I doubt it will be fixed anytime soon...
