JinF Shadow Pheonix

For those who wanted (probably only me) or didn't figure it out here, i tied the it to the JinF Hongmoon outfit, the reason why it mainly doesn't show up in the BladeSoulTool is that the SkeletalMesh(00046904) is tied to the BodyFX which is probably the FX for The Shadow Pheonix set.
