FPS increase with bnsbuddy

What i have to do for fps increase? i got 19-20fps rn i do everything in my options still 19-20 :/ my last chance bns buddy ... can someone help me? some ppl says "i get 15-20fps with bnsbuddy" :/ i want it and need it to.
