Open Error when trying to use plugin loader

After FINALLY acquiring a copy of BNSPatch and Loader3 (Still haven't found SigBypass, but whatever...) I put everything in place into the game files and open BNSBuddy, select "Extras" and click "Manage" on the Plugin Loader" and it shows that BNSPatch is installed, but I can't start the loader (or at least I don't think I can) since I get this error upon opening the management interface.


After clicking "OK" on the prompt, and enabling Plugin Loader I cannot close the Plugin Loader screen because it says "The manager is working, please wait." I've let it sit for over 30 minutes on my system.

Solved - How can't my addon work for Taiwan server

Once I tried to use any addons, it showed this everytime! Does anyone know how can I fix it? Or its not for TW server anymore?

Frickin Thank you. I spent two days of free time trying to find a download for newtonsoft, but my kids kept distracting me.
