Error launching B&S Buddy need help :(

Hello everyone,

i have a problem when i try to start B&S Buddy... i always get one error message and then B&S buddy is instantly closed.

I linked a picture maybe someone know what to do.

I already reinstalled the whole game... downloaded B&S buddy again... dont know what to do now.
