Earth Summoner Bracelet

I have simple question. Which one bracelet should i buy for my alt summoner? Tiger or Dragon?

It's an alt so i will keep bracelet on stage 3 max.

Please tell me which one i should buy and why

as Mike said u can choose what u run a bt or vt and pick it, but also i would recommend you to read your skills and which u use more and pick the right bracelet by yourself
