Wanna ask if it's still possible for those who used demon skill and other skill types to do it right now?
I mean they were blunt enough to do it in open world, to bring NC attention but if it' still possible and there are some nice buffs etc.
is there a possibility that some players just take advantage from them in silent as we speak?

There's always the possibility of it.

Going any further than that will be against the Terms and rules as it would require posting about things that do violate the law.
(If my interpretation is incorrect, I will remove that bit from this answer. Cheating and "hacking" are considered a crime in the USA)
