Changing FM spell-locations w/o simple-mode

Is it possible to change positions of for example this

without using simple-mode? if yes, is it a simple search and replace in xml or how do i approach this?

Edit: removed the working patch file as i became aware people used this to macro FM-rotations. i can't endorse that.

Instead of editing the files skill3_contextscriptdata_<class>_contextsimplemode.xml edit the skill3_contextscriptdata_<class>.xml file.

It's a simple search and replace, Z is on skillbar-5 and V is on skillbar-8.
