Open [BNSKR] Local/Local64.dat how can repacking via BnsBuddy?

I wondering to repack to Local/Local64.dat via BnsBuddy. but doesn't after repack to launch BNS, All text showing #invalled in BNS Client.

Could you please provide any tip or sample file?

Editing the localfile.bin
requires editing of the count and stuff for size/sub archives/etc.

I cant give you a proper example, but there are plenty modified bin files in
modpolice.

Sadly, I don't use the same code as the tool they use.
So using their examples won't work.
