I tried several .pak files in the pak folder, for test purpose. I tried both bms and paktool method but none of them worked. if I use bms method, it just create empty folder, and if I use paktool method, nothing happens.

Try deleting "(21.11.15)" from the folder name where "BNS_UE4_ModTool" is installed.
 
I think I got confused on the last part of the manual where we need to pack the pak and rename files, I attempt again tomorrow.

I took screenshots of all costume files with item names on the UE3 client.
You have to look for the newly created costumes on the UE4 client one by one.
 
I finally make it working, we need to make folder exactly like it's show in the manual for avoid confusions.

its not even working not unrealpak not bms nothing
i dont know how you except to unpack & repack encrypted packages , and you tool not even request any key
i can confirm its not working as umodel not get the aes key from the tool .

How to unpack datafile64.bin
 
Is there a way to adjust the body parameters of each race differently? when I adjusted the Gon race's parameters, it also applied to the other races and it looked rather disproportionate
