alright i made it via editing xml64 was luck tho 
but honestly dont have any idea how can i turn this to the addon(patch) file sorry guys also am playing at pserver well must be same but dont have any idea. If anyone know or can tell what i need to do for making this as a addon i can do it and share here.
Note: well its remove 3rd skill cd gap otherwise idk if its increase dps or not idk but i can tell 3rd spec more fluid right now feels great

can you tell us what exactly u did so maybe we could make a plugin out of this, thanks m8 ♥
i change rmb skill ID in xml file but sadly i cant use Reaver if i change SB version of RMB idk its just broke it, if i can figure this out too i will tell SB version too.
I use in bns buddy in the addons section and place it in bns patch area. You have to be out of simple mode I think for it to activate. Than you just attack like normal.
