Am I the only one affected? I've tried a fresh install, with and without the loginhelper plugin specifically, but also with no modifiers at all. I always have to manually type in login information after the client opens, this began with the recent update on Wednesday.
pending-time should only be 0 if you ARE using Simple Mode. If you're NOT using Simple Mode, default or higher would be best. I believe I set the Simple Mode Off versions to use 0.6, double the default.
Try this. As of right now, it's hit or miss that it will work. I haven't been able to figure out what the missing link is between people it works for and people it doesn't.
EDIT: Deleted patch.
Very informative, thank you. Perhaps you can shed some light as to why changing the settings I proposed is beneficial to some (like me) and harmful to others? I can use very aggressive settings (will post below), and not have any issues with combat. My attacks are much faster and fluid than...
What? GCD is regulated by the client, based on your ping. Higher ping = higher GCD. Which is a good thing based on the way the client handles input. It allows your attacks to be more reliable and consistent. You can actually see the change as your ping goes up and downdow you have a Gunslinger...
I do not have time to test every class and ping. You're going to have to start using the Addon Creator to edit values and test things yourself. My first post has the default values of everything and what they do. But, because I love you all so much, I am going to explain everything, once more...
Well, I set it to 750ms, so you I'm hoping you still see an improvement. If not, do you know how to edit a mod in the addon creator? Change the value to 900. That should give you a buffer for spikes.
What's your ping? 250? That would put your GCD bias at 500+. I've had a theory that <option name="pending-time" value="0.300000" /> should be set to a little longer than your own GCD bias. I included a SS of how you can see what it is BNSBuddy. The setting to turn it on is on Page 3. I want you...
Well of course I knew that. I meant when it was possible to actually anicancel. I could do it right from 17. Nothing lives long enough for a good test, but so far it seems to be working fine. Here is the patch for settings I use. Oops. Wrong patch. Should have checked before uploading. Right one...
Okay, so I get the abilities right away, but nothing I can fight at early levels lives long enough to test properly lol. I'm going to have to get to Mushin's anyway.
