    Don't know if its just me but it doesn't work, auto charge doesnt work and lighting storm seems to have priority doesn't work for me, i don't know why also lighting storm has priority any clue to why that happens?

    For those who wanted (probably only me) or didn't figure it out here, i tied the it to the JinF Hongmoon outfit, the reason why it mainly doesn't show up in the BladeSoulTool is that the SkeletalMesh(00046904) is tied to the BodyFX which is probably the FX for The Shadow Pheonix set...
