    Whitelisting the entire NCSoft folder actually helped xD, just whitelisting the client.exe files did not for some reasons ANyways thanks for the help :)

    Installed them with the installer from the common errorsand the memory cleaner is set to 20 mins. I also tried to run it on 32bit from the NCLauncher and the game does not start at all I have opened a support ticket with NCSoft so if you dont have any other suggestion i think we can close this...
