BnSBuddy doesn't support bnspatch's .xml files. You have to rewrite your own addons manually. To use addons in bnsbuddy, just install the plugin loader and then install the sigbypass plugin. This is all done in the extras page. To use bnspatch, just click in "bnspatch" in the addons page...

Assuming you play on NA/EU, please go to Extras and install the plugin loader, the go to addons and click the bnspatch button. Both windows have their own help.

Have you checked your temperatures? And have you tried d912pxy? Have you verified if your PC is running on the high performance energy plan? Did you try to disable Windows update temporarily? Have you added the bns folder to the whitelist in your antivirus?

Try disabling "No Texture Streaming". Your RAM is kinda low, and seeing the age of the hardware, I doubt you have an SSD. Also, make sure the memory cleaner is set to 15 minutes or more, if you have it enabled.
