This is something that slipped through the cracks.
When I tested it, both accounts were in alphabetical, with the old one being added to the bottom.
However, it started lower in the alphabet, so, I didn't notice this.

It isn't a "maybe keep the new version" ... you have to keep the new version.

Usually, as soon as a bug is caught, it is reported and resolved in the next update.
This is why big changes are added to the "testing channel on Discord.
Sadly, not all bugs are caught in the testing phase, and some still slip through the cracks.
You have selected the English language for the Japanese server.
I'm not sure that the server has that language...
Also, autologin works by enabling the option and logging in once.
Autologin requires that you do not apply addons (which you have done) and that you do not enable the plugin loader...

The xigncode bypasser is extremelly outdated. I think it was never used by Garena.

The performance penality will depend on how slow your drive is.
It should be in the 0-1ms range for an SSD and 0-50ms for an HDD, unless your drive isn't fit to be used any longer.
Windows is the one managing this, and probably would cache this information to avoid having to re-read the same...
