You have previously installed bns live and uninstalled it. This is the reason why this occurs.
You need to delete the registry key BNS_LIVE (I think?)
or something similar in plaync within Regedit.
I tried deleting all the registries with ncsoft with regedit but this error still appears.
You checked in the wrong registry path
you checked ncwest or plaync?
There is no path for either ncwest or plaync, couldnt find it also used command prompt and showed invalid key name. Also sometimes get this error.
that error you can ignore it, the rest is fixed on the upcoming update.
registry paths are:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\plaync
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\NCWest
NA/EU is BnS_UE4 key.You can delete the BnS_UE4 from both those paths if you don;t play live.
