  • what is "boast ingame feature"?

    was a feature in the game that was only implemented for a short time that had its own separate bar that "boasted" or spread a server wide notice/message telling people when someone upgraded or made something of high grade. i think it had some issues though or people complained about it hard enough or something so they removed it.
