Texture UE4 Can anyone point me to a UE4 modding guide?

Im curious how difficult it is to make adjustments such as removing the bra of an outfit and replacing it with breast textures, etc. There are lots of outfits that would look great with topless versions, how would I make them, or who could I pay to make them for me? Thanks so much
